Detailed Benefit Briefing Service

The briefings deal with complex as well as simple issues covering supported and sheltered housing as well as general needs and shared ownership. These will highlight changes in Housing Benefit and Universal Credit, Pension Credit  legislation, guidance and caselaw affecting rent payments.

  1. There will be a minimum of 20 briefings a year (last year there were 50 due to pandemic changes)
  2. As part of the service I offer short pieces of advice by e-mail at no further charge
  3. I offer a £10 per hour discount on consultancy compared to my normal rates
  4. You can have the Briefings sent to up to five individuals in the organisation and you can distribute freely within the organisation

The annual subscription rate for 2022 is a flat rate of £250 +VAT for organisations with less than 20,000 bedspaces, £350 +VAT above this level .

Discounted rate for small organisations with less than 100 bedspaces is £199 +VAT for 2022
